Ideal and clean hotel, loved it.

I liked location and people in the hotel, they were excellent. This was a really really nice stay, the best prices. Lots of food at breakfast, such as eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and hot waffles.

I loved that it was clean and perfect, the staff were exceptional and rooms were updated. The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from London Guarantee Building.

We have spent our 4 nights here lovely, it was ideal for what we needed. The room was spotless on the top floor and had central heating, an individual safe and pay TV.

Overall it is a well-maintained hotel and we loved our stay, the location was incredible next to the lake n shopping area.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Chicago, had much fun and met especially helpful staff who is also the hotel security.

Neat and luxurious room with a nice view from the window. Its location was central, walking distance to a shopping mall.

A lovely hotel, we had an absolutely amazing stay. Spacious bedrooms. All in all everything was excellent, yet we had tiny bathroom.

Everything was really good, decent staff, simply perfect location short walk to subway, lake, Chicago. It was accommodating and we had a magnificent stay. The smooth check-in process too.

Everything was very good, this hotel had well-appointed rooms and its breakfast was savoury. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Our stay was incredible, good value. Glamorous place, neat, elegant rooms and obliging staff. There were Wi-Fi, terrace and microwave in the room, liked that.

the staff and location were fine, we appreciated this quiet hotel. adjacent to the beach that was nice. the casual restaurant was great with variety of meals in the menu. the stay was absolutely fabulous.

The hotel was fabulous, but I stayed for 1 night only. I appreciated the property & my delightful stay. Besides, the area was pretty comfortable, next to a contemporary art museum. Quick check in and in general excellent service.

The rooms were generous-sized, huge, and the beds were really comfortable. Modern furniture and reasonably large bathroom. The location was COMFY right behind john hancock building. Great lobby.

Room was well soundproofed, bed was super, the staff was amazingly kind. The breakfast was large, with plenty of cheese and pastries. A beautiful beach, amazing view. Friendly check-in and flawless customer service. Delicious beers, cocktails and coffee in the Irish bar, handy parking place.

Had perfect 10/10 stay overall, great modern place and the weather was wonderful. We didn't have time and didn't visit the al fresco restaurant, but it seemed excellent. Generally everything was first-class, though the bathroom was very tiny.

Five star location in the shopping area, pretty clean rooms, and very helpful staff. The room was spaceous, ideal & the decor there was modern. I didn't like the bed, it was worn out but I liked the stay overall. Family friendly hotel, 16 miles from Midway International airport.

Our experience here was wonderful! We liked the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Tidy, spotless room, with large bed and pillows. We had delicious breakfast on 2nd floor.

The place was very clean with private parking and a really comfy bed. I loved the extremely large room. The bfast staff were eager to help, outstanding customer service. Easy location to a scenic walkway...
